1980年代，广东某县汽运站。常言道：广东男女搭配，干活不累。牛副站长（铁牛 饰）对分配进来的三个年轻女司机很是满意，因为对原先车队清一色“和尚”来说，她们的到来无疑对车队日后的稳定将起很大作用，但陆站长（苏德 饰）却不以为然。牛副站长将三个姑娘交给车队男司机帮带，高个的杨华（李夏青 饰）分给了周小松（李志良 饰），漂亮的小顾（杨世华 饰）分给了想打报告调离的孙金木（解衍 饰），牛志成（季平 饰）则被任命为带班长。不久，杨华因图车辆进出方便，撞倒车场后围墙，引来众人惊诧，小顾则因撞倒行人差点酿成车祸，这一切都引起陆站长不满。姑娘们吸取教训，相互鼓励，终于用事实说服了周围人们对她们固有的偏见......

Scrooge finds that life is good and time is too short and suddenly you are not there anymore, changing his behavior toward Christmas, Bob, his nephew and people in general.
