500年前，春暖仙魔大战，春暖邪王无神被打散元神。500年后，邪王的元神蠢蠢欲动，为防其再出来祸害人间，王母想到一个计策，计划派遣四位无所事事的仙女下凡，引出元神。然而，四位仙女全然不知王母的这个计划，下凡后因滥用仙法，被王母收回法力。而后四人经历了一段人间疾苦的生活，四姐妹也分道扬镳，这一切都是中了邪王的圈套。最后四人被邪王元神所抓，夺取仙灵前，另三位仙女下凡解救，七仙女齐集后打败了邪王，元神再次被封，人间得以安宁。
