《篮板青春》是2019篮球世界杯期间由腾讯体育自制的全新原创真人秀节目，中文字幕线也是国内首档00后青春竞技真人秀，中文字幕线节目共有6期点播+2期比赛直播。今年4月，日本能代工高和福冈第一中学分别向中国高中篮球发出了比赛邀请。作为回应《篮板青春》将从全国精心挑选出16位高中生进入篮球训练营，组成一支球队，于今年暑假在日本和中国分别与能代工高、福冈一中进行友谊赛。新晋辽篮俱乐部副总经理、前CBA球星杨鸣作为总教练，携手以国青队总教练原园为代表的国家级教练团队对球员进行专业指导，艺人王大陆、Justin黄明昊和李凯馨则分别以实习教练和领队的身份加盟节目。7月12日起，每周五晚6点，节目在腾讯体育、腾讯视频、腾讯新闻、极光TV等各大平台全面上线。
