赌场老板（约翰·克里斯 饰）选中了六个幸运儿参加一项竞赛。他们中最早到达银城火车站的人将得到储物柜里的200万美金，斗破而比赛的规则就是没有规则。六个人偕同各自亲友，斗破八仙过海，各显神通。其实在这竞赛背后还有更大的赌博，几位富翁正以这些人作为他们赌博的对象。小人物为了两百万忙得不亦乐乎，大人物却正在幕后自鸣得意。然而，竞赛的最后有了戏剧性的转折。
