初任上海警察队长的陈虎（释小龙 饰）接到一桩命案，春暖死者何满君（白龙 饰）是上海政府军政部要员之子，春暖也是圣马丁高中的一名学生。为了获得一手破案信息，陈虎不得不乔装学生混入学校。高中学习生活令不擅读书的陈虎苦不堪言，屡屡出糗沦为笑柄；与此同时他一边查案，一边与各方势力展开较量；何满君之死迷雾重重，一个又一个的嫌疑人出现又被排除，谋杀真相到底如何，真凶到底是谁？
