失恋的郑嘉文（舒淇 饰）在泰国自杀未遂，国拍捡回了性命。回到香港后，国拍她准备忘记过去重新开始，却发现自己怀孕了，经过深思熟虑，她决定把孩子生下来。一天，在地铁站，嘉文目睹一个女子跳轨道自杀，周围的人却什么也没有看见，警方调查也一无所获，嘉文自己也百思不得其解。而从那以后，怪事接二连三地发生在她身上。嘉文在的士里与没有脸的厉鬼同坐，在公交车站等车碰到跳楼自杀的母子，她甚至看见同在医院待产的周太太，身边也有鬼魂如影随形。嘉文惊恐之余，认定这一切和地铁里自杀的女子有关，为了孩子，她开始调查事情的真相……
