这是地狱的故事。在一如既往充斥着亡者的地狱，粉雄阎魔大王的第一辅佐官·鬼灯，粉雄对大王的辅佐自不必说，还有对亡者的呵责、对狱卒的指导、对现世的视察，过着如此忙碌的生活。这样的鬼灯与不论何时都很愉快的伙伴们，再加上鬼灯的青梅竹马以及双子妖怪，还有自由随性的雪鬼等等新面孔，喧闹而又快乐的地狱每一天再次开幕！
