该片讲述了收藏家收藏了一架“人骨钢琴”，春暖意外发现自己收藏的木偶竟会主动靠近人骨钢琴，春暖得知这个秘密后收藏家突然消失。原来在前世“木偶”和“人骨钢琴”竟是夫妻。诡异的木偶，恐怖的空房间人骨钢琴似泣血呜咽，百年木偶似恶灵附身，重复着前世的哀愁。家人离奇失踪、死亡不断验证着关于“人骨钢琴”的传说，人骨钢琴似附身归来，夺命迷魂！真相揭幕那一刻，真正的恐惧才伴随着巨大的痛苦彻底爆发。
