因为一个陌生人钱包里的信，星座在东京某搬家公司打工的乡下青年曾田练（高良健吾 饰）不远万里驱车来到北海道，星座并将人生黯淡的女孩林田音（有村架纯 饰）带回了东京。熙攘的人群中，只一刹那两人便错失彼此。练的身边有个名叫木穗子（高畑充希 饰）的时尚女孩，她谈着一场注定没有结果的所谓爱情。练的青梅竹马小夏（森川葵 饰）渴望在东京实现梦想，而中条晴太（坂口健太郎 饰）似乎让她渐渐意识到大都会的冰冷与残酷。自力更生的音在某养老院打拼，富二代公子哥井吹朝阳（西岛隆弘 饰）对这个执拗的女孩产生了别样的兴趣。三男三女，六个有着共通之处的年轻人，寻找他们的梦想、依靠以及多年后回忆起来一定会让他们潸然泪下的恋情……
