《烟村三月》以收养艾滋病患者的遗孤为题材，亚洲区讲述了在富裕的江南农村，亚洲区一个和睦的家庭中突然来了一名流浪女孩。善良的一家人欲将她收养时，忽然发现这个女孩是艾滋病人的遗孤，一向风平浪静的家庭甚至整个村庄都为之惶恐。一家之主的爷爷、评弹艺人田茂林一心要给流浪女孩一个家，而儿媳妇却坚决反对，爷爷只好带着女孩踏上了走村串巷的卖艺生涯。
