回复 :现就职于纽约的邮局职工雅各布·辛格（蒂姆·罗宾斯 Tim Robbins 饰），曾是在越战中险象环生的退伍老兵。不堪回首的破碎记忆时刻刺痛着他的每一根神经，失败的第一次婚姻，夭折死去的儿子，以及折磨他最深的越战后遗症。他常常出现在越战服役期间被追杀的幻觉，熟悉又陌生 的种种细节，亦幻亦真。他的现任妻子试图帮助雅各布忘却这段痛苦的记忆，然而这些穿梭在梦境和现实里的情节遭遇，让雅各布彻底失去了理智。每当生死攸关的时刻，雅各布总会在另外一个时空醒来。孰真孰假的错觉，让他游离在现实和幻想的世界中不能自拔。

回复 :黑色靈異警探電影《第九分局》由新銳導演王鼎霖執導，他表示兩年前接觸到這故事，原本是驚悚偵探風格，但他覺得台灣比較少這類型的娛樂電影，因此希望能拍成像《星際戰警》、《金牌特務》老將帶菜鳥的好萊塢雙拍檔商業片。由全能製作、華文創、樂到家國際娛樂、MM2滿滿額娛樂共同出品黑色靈異警探新片《第九分局》，於7月1日上午正式舉行開鏡儀式，監製王鈞、葉如芬、陳鴻元，出品人樂到家郝柏翔，編劇張國立，新銳導演王鼎霖，主要演員澎恰恰、邱澤、溫貞菱、劉奕兒，特別演出的高英軒、小八…等，皆表示對參與這部台灣影壇少見玄幻靈異的黑色警探電影新作充滿期待。而劇組開鏡儀式上，也安排了特別的拜拜祭品。黑色靈異警探電影《第九分局》由新銳導演王鼎霖執導，他表示兩年前接觸到這故事，原本是驚悚偵探風格，但他覺得台灣比較少這類型的娛樂電影，因此希望能拍成像《星際戰警》、《金牌特務》老將帶菜鳥的好萊塢雙拍檔商業片，天馬行空想法立刻獲得許多投資方包括華文創的全力支持，花兩年時間與編劇張國立開發劇本才終於現在開拍；導演笑說自己怕看鬼片，沒想到首部片卻要拍靈異警探片。導演拍《第九分局》的卡司人選，首先想到邀請澎恰恰詮釋老牌刑警，「想呈現不同的反差形象，嚴肅穩重，」導演笑說想讓澎哥挑戰不搞笑、不說台語；澎恰恰則說本來覺得拍電影很累而對監製王鈞邀約很猶豫，結果看了劇本立刻答應，因為「故事很好萊塢，冷面笑匠警探老張就像湯米李瓊斯。」他笑說希望自己可以變身全新造型老帥哥，只是打鬥戲讓他壓力很大。邱澤此次擺脫以往偶像花美男痞痞形像，在《第九分局》挑戰能看到另一個世界的警探，「古意老實有正義感，跟以往很不同。」戲裡在前輩帶領下重新認清人鬼世界關係，雖然邱澤跟導演一樣怕看鬼片，想到就起雞皮疙瘩，但兩人都還是想把這部片恐怖做到極致。《第九分局》描述警察阿豪充滿正義感但個性冒失，連累搭檔學長殉職而被調進神秘單位【第九分局】，阿豪在這裡接受組長老張調教，同時遇上新同事小雪與熱血女記者如心，就此捲入一樁神秘連續殺人事件……
